Jordy Guindon eats, breathes and sleeps lacrosse. His agenda is structured to maximize his lacrosse potential. Jordy is on a training schedule which includes: weight training, sprinting, and playing on 3 separate field lacrosse teams.

Jordy also has two part time jobs and in his spare time plays hockey, rugby and trains in kickboxing. He is determined to give himself as many choices as possible when he goes to college. His first-best-choice is to play lacrosse for a US College team.

Jordy has a stick in his hand every day of the year and plays up to 100 games a year between his box and field lacrosse teams. With this schedule Jordy will be right on track to help a college team as a midfield or attackman in the fall of 1997.

Jordy also pays particular attention to using both hands in field lacrosse knowing that that is one of the weaknesses of Canadian players.

Jordy would like to pursue a career in the field of Sports Medicine.
